1. Promoter
The promotion is organised by Uncover Skincare (“Uncover” or “the Promoter”).
2. Who can enter?
The promotion is open to residents of Nigeria aged 21 years or older who make a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period and meet these Terms & Conditions.
Employees of the Promoter, its agencies and suppliers directly involved in the promotion, their immediate family members, and professionally connected parties involved in the promotion, including participating creators and brand ambassadors, are not eligible to enter.
3. When does the promotion run?
Qualifying purchases must be made between 00:00 and 23:59 West Africa Time (WAT), from 30 October to 30 November 2026.
For purchases through third-party retailers or marketplaces, the entry form and proof of purchase must also be submitted by 23:59 WAT on 30 November 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.
4. What purchases qualify?
A qualifying purchase is a purchase of at least one genuine Uncover product made in Nigeria during the Promotion Period through any of these channels:
- The official Uncover Nigeria website.
- Uncover’s official WhatsApp shopping channel.
- Uncover’s own stores in Ikeja and Lekki, Lagos.
- An authorised retailer, physical store or e-commerce marketplace operating in Nigeria that sells genuine Uncover products.
Uncover does not need to be the only brand on the receipt, but the receipt must identify at least one Uncover product. There is no minimum spend. Any Uncover product, including a single sheet mask, serum or Glow Balm, is eligible.
5. How do I enter?
Bought directly from Uncover’s official website, WhatsApp or our Ikeja or Lekki stores? You’re automatically entered. No further action is needed.
Bought from an authorised retailer or third-party marketplace? Complete the official giveaway entry form here, and upload a clear image or copy of your receipt or order confirmation by the entry deadline.
The receipt must show the purchase date, retailer or sales channel, and at least one identifiable Uncover product. The form will ask for your name, phone number, email address, country of residence and purchase channel. Uncover may request additional information to verify your entry.
Each qualifying transaction counts as one entry. Each receipt may be used only once. Entries must be complete, genuine and verifiable; duplicate, altered, fraudulent or illegible submissions may be rejected.
6. What if my purchase is cancelled or refunded?
Cancelled, reversed, charged-back or refunded transactions, in whole or in part, are not eligible. If an entry is found to be ineligible after the draw, Uncover may withdraw the prize and select a reserve entrant, subject to applicable law.
Purchases remain subject to Uncover’s refund policy and your statutory consumer rights.
7. What can I win?
One eligible entrant resident in Nigeria will win a solo, three-night getaway to Watamu, Kenya, comprising:
- Return flights between Lagos and Nairobi.
- Return flights between Nairobi and Malindi.
- Three nights of hotel accommodation in Watamu.
- Return transfers between Malindi Airport and the hotel.
The prize is for the winner only. No guest or companion is included.
The prize does not include travel to or from Lagos Airport, visa or entry fees, meals, drinks, activities, travel insurance, spending money or any other costs not expressly listed above. These expenses are the winner’s responsibility.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. How will the winner be selected?
One winner and two reserve entrants will be selected at random from valid eligible entries in Nigeria. The draw is scheduled for 3 December 2026.
Uncover will contact the provisional winner by phone and email using the details provided with the entry. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification and provide requested verification of age, Nigerian residency and proof of purchase.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, cannot verify their eligibility, declines the prize or cannot travel within the stated travel period, the prize may be offered to a reserve entrant.
The confirmed winner will be announced on Uncover’s official Instagram account after verification and acceptance of the prize.
9. What are the travel conditions?
Travel must take place between 1 January and 28 February 2027, on dates agreed with Uncover and subject to availability. The winner must provide the information needed to arrange the trip, hold a valid passport and meet all applicable entry, visa or travel-authorisation requirements for Kenya.
The winner is responsible for travel to Lagos Airport and all costs not expressly included in the prize. If an essential prize component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Uncover’s reasonable control, Uncover may offer an alternative of comparable value, subject to applicable law.
10. Personal data and publicity
Personal data submitted for the promotion will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility and purchases, contact the winner, arrange the prize, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. It will be processed in accordance with applicable Nigerian data protection law and Uncover’s privacy policy.
Entering does not require consent to unrelated marketing communications. Any marketing consent will be requested separately.
The winner’s first name and country may be shared when announcing the result, subject to applicable law and appropriate consent. Any additional use of the winner’s image, story or interview for promotional purposes will be subject to applicable law and any required consent.
11. General conditions and complaints
Uncover may reject invalid or fraudulent entries and take reasonable steps to protect the fairness of the promotion. The promotion may be amended, suspended or cancelled only where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, including where required by law or circumstances beyond Uncover’s reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Nigeria. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts, without limiting any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
